Familiar atypical mole-malignant syndrome (FAMMM)

Occurrence dysplastic mole used to be familiar. Statistic even features 50% probability occurrence of dysplastic mole at person with history also at his relatives. Greater probability of fast transition dysplastic naevus into melanoma exists if involved more than 2 relatives are involved.

FAMM syndrome called also “syndrome familiar dysplastic nevi”. The individual is gravely threatened on life. Clinically we find out typical pale degenerate weak skin and presence of many variously large nevi on body and on limb. Melanoma among

them discovers very often. Syndrome has characteristic genetic karyotype and generation from generation used to be more dangerous

The second part will evaluate this clinical article from the aspect of morphology comparing with the dermatoscopic findings.
