Coefficient of precancerous invasiveness
Rationale of preventive oncology with regard to TDTA
(tumor developing time axis)

We accept that tumor rise from "precancerous process" for long time. Precancerous condition passes of several stages inadvisability as far as come into being pathological demonstrable carcinoma which later gains invasiveness (ability vibrates into neighborhood) and possibility metastasizes. From the graph ensues new terms. On this way, we define articles of preventive oncology, which are important for the treatment.

Rise of invasive (fibrillate) tumor from precanceromatous situation is for organism of incoming oncology patient revolutionary event. On the time axis of precancerous development the situation is "Trigger time instant" e.g. "Point of invasiveness" It is extremely important precede this process for patient. To determine when action will grow up to the invasiveness point meanwhile we do not know. For patient it has a vital importance.

Coefficient of precancerous invasiveness
Meanwhile we know how to determine the period for check - up to control a situation at particular patients. Similarly, question is under what circumstances rises precancerous e.g. precanceromatous point" We introduce the coefficient of precanceromatous invasiveness. (CPI)
In case that the CPI equal with one from precanceromatous process not rice invasive tumor and conversely.CPI tells about frequency of patient monitoring.
